Ordering, Shipping & Returns



We want you to love your Jibeworks system!  

We have a great number of options on the website, and do our best to show what the final colors and finishes will look like.  Knowing monitors are all different, please contact us with any color questions.  If you have a unique color scheme or design that you want to see before you buy, please reach out to us and we will work with you to create a computer generated image of your ideal product.  It is not a bother...it is what we do!



All orders are reviewed prior to manufacturing.  If we have suggestions or clarifications during the review process, we will reach out to you. We do not charge your credit card until we confirm the design, shipping rates and lead-times.  

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

We are required to collect sales tax on purchases for shipment to Washington State.  



We accept paypal and major credit cards.  Your payment method will be verified at the time of ordering, but actual credit card charges will not occur until your order is verified by you.  Payments via Paypal must be done at the time of ordering.  All credit card orders are processed by Braintree (a PayPal company) for your security.  

Please contact us for approval to pay via bank wire transfer, check or payment terms. 

All prices are in US dollars.



Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Overweight and/or sized items (such as server cabinets) can only be shipped by common carrier.  Delivery times on large items may be 5-8 business days.  Carriers may also charge extra for oversized residential deliveries where a loading dock is not available.

Shipping to PO Boxes can be shipped via US Postal Service only



All of Jibeworks products in normal use are covered with a 2 year replacement warranty against defects in parts and workmanship.   We do our absolute best to make things right the first time, but in the event something goes wrong - we will do what it takes to make it right. Please contact us with any problems.   We will send you, at our cost, advanced replacements to get you up and going quickly.  If we wish to received the defective part back, we will provide you our shipping information.  

Unless otherwise designated for individual products, all of Jibeworks products are intended for inside use.  



In the event the product you purchased is not what you need, we accept returns up to 60 days from purchase.  All highly customized products with different terms will be designated as such during the order confirmation process.  Returned product may be charged a restocking fee up to 10%.  Simply contact us prior to shipping your item back so we can give you a return authorization number.  Once the product is received by us, we will refund you via your original payment method. 



Your privacy is important to use and you can shop with confidence at Jibeworks.  We use 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions during Checkout.  At the bottom right corner of every page you will see the logo of our GeoTrust certificate.
